Welcome to MIT Sloan's classroom and space reservation system. It allows users to request classroom and space in many buildings and outdoor venues at Sloan. Members of the MIT community can log into the Room and Space reservations with their MIT Sloan Account. 

All Sloan requests are processed using this system.

Who May Request Space
Classrooms:
  • Faculty
  • Staff
  • TAs
  • Designated Reservation Signatories for approved Sloan Student Organizations
Conference Rooms:
  • Faculty
  • Staff
  • PhDs
Community Spaces:
  • Faculty
  • Staff
  • Designated Reservation Signatories for approved Sloan Student Organizations

How To Request
  1. Login using your MySloan user ID and password
  2. Go to Reservations tab
  3. Choose appropriate request
    • Students, staff and faculty may see different forms
  4. Under the When and Where box fill in the required fields and then click the Find Space button
    • Selecting a specific building under the facilities drop down list will limit your search to the building only
  5. From the list of available spaces, click on the green sign next to the space of choice and click the next button
  6. Fill out Event Details information.  Required fields are denoted with a red asterisk
  7. Review Terms and Conditions and click Submit
  8. Review your reservation request details
